What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Does the taffy melt during shipping in warm weather?
Our taffy is temperature-stable, but during extreme heat, it may soften. We recommend letting the package sit at room temperature for a few hours before opening if you live in a hot climate.
